Vouchers are promotional credits that reduce charges on your billing profile. Upsun assigns and applies vouchers to your billing profile automatically: no action is required on your part.
Each voucher has one of the following statuses:
| Status | Description |
|---|
| Scheduled | The voucher has been assigned but its period has not yet started. |
| In use | The voucher is active and currently being applied to your charges. |
| Completed | The voucher period has ended and the full credit has been used. |
| Expired | The voucher was not fully used before its expiry date. |
Prerequisites
View billing profile vouchers
To view all vouchers for a billing profile:
- Complete one of the following steps:
- From the organization menu (upper left), select an organization and then click Billing.
- From the user menu (upper right), click Billing or a billing account.
- On the billing account page, select a billing profile.
- Click Vouchers.
- Click a voucher to expand it and view its details, including which invoices it has been applied to.
