You can invite other billing members to manage a billing profile alongside you. Billing members can view invoices, manage payment methods, and update billing details. When inviting a billing member, assign one of the following permissions:

Manage billingFull access to manage the billing profile, including payment methods, invoices, and billing details.
View billingRead-only access to billing information for the profile.
Adding users with billing-only access is free and won’t increase your monthly cost.

Prerequisites

Add a billing member to a billing profile

To add a billing member to a billing profile:
  1. Complete one of the following steps:
    • From the organization menu (upper left), select an organization and then click Billing.
    • From the user menu (upper right), click Billing or a billing account.
  2. On the billing account page, select a billing profile.
  3. Click Billing details.
  4. In the Billing access section, click Add user.
  5. Enter one or more email addresses (separated by commas) and click Invite. The billing members you invite must have an Upsun account.
The invited billing member receives an email invitation to access the billing profile.
