Transferring the billing ownership of an organization to a different billing profile currently requires manual intervention. There is no self-serve flow for these operations. To transfer organization ownership instead, see Transfer organization ownership.

Prerequisites

Request a transfer

To transfer an organization to a billing profile, contact Support with the following information:
  • The name or ID of the organization to transfer.
  • The destination billing profile.
  • The reason for the transfer.
Support will process the transfer and confirm when it is complete.
