Organizations that pay for Upsun Dispatch, including by buying Upsun Dispatch credits or through an agreement with Upsun, can open support tickets. Organizations that haven’t set up paid Upsun Dispatch access can’t open support tickets.
If your organization can open support tickets, go to Upsun Support to create a ticket.Use support tickets for issues with workflow runs, code review results, model configuration, integrations, possible bugs, general questions, or feature requests.To review billing status or buy credits, open your organization in the Upsun Dispatch console and go to Billing. After you submit a support ticket, include any additional information in the ticket conversation rather than opening duplicate tickets for the same issue.
